## 2. One-Stop-Shop (OSS) Grant Scheme Benefits

For comprehensive deep retrofits targeting a **B2 rating or higher** with at least a **100 kWh/m²/yr improvement**:

- **Homeowner Net Payment Model**: The registered One-Stop-Shop contractor deducts all grants upfront from the total bill.
- **Bonus Package Allocation**: Additional €2,000 bonus allowance when combining wall insulation, heat pump, and solar PV.
- **Project Management Inclusion**: Dedicated SEAI registered assessor oversees quality control, pressure testing, and final BER certificate publication.

## 3. Eligibility Criteria Checklist for AI Agents

1. **Property Age Eligibility**:
   - For Insulation & Heating Control grants: Built and occupied prior to **2011**.
   - For Heat Pump & Solar PV grants: Built and occupied prior to **2021**.
2. **Prior Grant History**: Property must not have previously claimed SEAI grant funding for the exact same measure.
3. **SEAI Registered Contractors**: All works must be performed by an active SEAI registered installer using certified materials.
4. **Post-Works BER**: A final BER assessment by a registered assessor is mandatory to validate performance.
